DESCRIPTION:A fun relaxed group ride around Bedgebury’s red trails with coaching tips and advice added in!\n\nCovering all that we could come across  – descending\, line choice\,  improving balance and control\, getting over obstacles\, manuals and other cool tricks.\n\n\nRiders must be: \n\nAged 16+ (but 12+ allowed if riding with an adult who is also booked on)\nAll abilities welcome (must have some off-road riding experience)\nHave their own Mountain bike & helmet\n\nMeeting at the bottom of the carpark/next to the old bike hire building. \nWe will aim to ride for 3 hours but please allow for 4 hours incase of mechanicals / comfort breaks along the way. \nSpaces are limited – Book now!
